- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-10-24, by Lisa NoonanI orgionally placed an order on 18th November. I heard nothing so messaged on the 11th of December to be told that the order hasnt gone through. They then esculated and said they would reorder. I've since messaged 5 times to understand the status of my order and not been told that the product isnt available and they would give me a refund today- 2 weeks before my babys dd. You can imagine my frustration with the poor communication and service received from baby basics- really poor!!
